The Early Bird discount is a limited-time offer available to all accepted applicants, who make their payments in a specified time frame.

30% (9900 CZK) Early Bird discount will apply to all payments made 
through February 15th (Fee: 23100 CZK).

20% (6600 CZK) Early Bird discount will apply to all payments made 
through March 15th (Fee: 26400 CZK).

10% (3300 CZK) Early Bird discount will apply to all payments made 
through April 15th (Fee:  29700 CZK).

5% (1650 CZK) Early Bird discount will apply to all payments made 
through May 15th (Fee: 31350 CZK).

A discount of 20% (200 Euro) off the full conference fee will be awarded to the students sponsored to attend the IYLC by one of the following Affiliate Universities:

In order to qualify for Special Affiliate status your university must send at least 5 students to two consecutive IYLCs. In addition, every observer sent per 5 students can attend the Observers Programme free of charge. Any additional observers that you would like to send would receive an automatic 50% discount.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you are unable to attend a conference for which you have already paid, please refer to the following information.  It is always advisable to be sure that you can travel to Prague and get a visa to enter the Czech Republic before you pay.

Deferrals

If you must defer your attendance to the following session we will simply move your attendance and no refund will be necessary.  It is always possible to attend a later conference if you have paid.  If your plans change, please contact us and we can arrange for you to attend the next conference.

Refunds

• Cancellations and refund requests made more than 120 days prior to the conference will receive a 75% refund. 
  
• Refund requests filed more than 90 and less than 120 days before the conference will be honored with a 50% return of fees. 
  
• If you file your refund request more than 60 and less than 90 days before the conference, you will be honored with a 25% return of fees.
  
• We are unable to honor any refund on requests made less than 60 days before the conference.
